Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the agreement between Renu Repairs ("Company", "we," "us," or ") and the customer ("you" or "your") for the refurbishment services provided by the Company and/or the Company’s representatives and agents. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with our services.


1. Services Provided: 1.1. The Company offers refurbishment services for luxury bags and other
leather items (“Item” or “Items”), including but not limited to cleaning, repair, restoration, and
customization. 1.2. All services will be performed with the utmost care and expertise by skilled
professionals.


2. Quotations and Pricing: 2.1. Quotations provided by the Company are estimates based on the
information provided by you. 2.2. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the bag and
any additional services required. 2.3. All prices are quoted in GBP and may be subject to applicable
taxes.


3. Payment Terms: 3.1. Payment is due in full upon completion of the services, unless otherwise
agreed upon in writing. 3.2. We accept payment via bank transfer. 3.3. Any additional charges
incurred during the service process will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding.


4. Bag Pickup and Delivery: 4.1. You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item to
our designated location at your own expense. 4.2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages
incurred during transit to or from our facility. 4.3. Any shipping costs associated with the return of
the refurbished item to you shall be included in the final price of the services. 4.4. Please note that
unless specifically requested by you and arranged in advance, Items may not be insured during
transit. If you wish to insure your item during shipping, please notify us accordingly, and any
associated insurance costs will be added to your final invoice.


5. Customer Responsibilities: 5.1. You agree to provide accurate information about the Item and its
condition to the best of your knowledge. 5.2. You acknowledge that some Items may have
limitations regarding refurbishment, and the Company shall not be held responsible for any such
limitations. 5.3. You are responsible for providing proof of ownership for any bag submitted for
refurbishment.


6. Warranty: 6.1. We provide a 6-month warranty on our refurbishment services, covering any
defects in workmanship. 6.2. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused
by misuse or neglect.


7. Liability: 7.1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages to the bag that occur as a result of
inherent defects, improper prior repairs, or unreasonable wear and tear. 7.2. In any case, our liability
shall be limited to the value of the services provided.


8. Intellectual Property: 8.1. Any designs, customizations, or modifications created by the Company
during the refurbishment process shall remain the intellectual property of the Company. 8.2. You
agree not to reproduce or distribute any such designs without the Company's prior written consent.


9. Confidentiality: 9.1. The Company shall keep all information provided by you confidential and
shall not disclose it to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law: 10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of England. 10.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.


By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound
by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms may be updated or modified by the Company from
time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. If you have any questions or
